Spyglass starts or attaches to a Symbia host and exposes the application objects, capabilities, contracts, health, and session activity that determine what the host can do.
What an operator can inspect
Host state without false certainty
Healthy, no health route, capability unavailable, and not in this mode are distinct states. Spyglass names the state it observed.
Application and authority
Inspect declared capabilities and contracts alongside the host that offers them. A connected service is not automatically an authorized actor.
Activity and lifecycle
Inspect sessions and host activity in context. Spyglass distinguishes an ephemeral local host from a durable host you operate.
Spyglass is the local operating surface
Spyglass is currently a macOS prototype. Credential bootstrap and distribution are still being completed. Its purpose is clear: show the operator the system that governs an AI action, not a polished summary of it.
